Hazel Tree Education are currently supporting an independent specialist school in Warrington, that caters for learners aged 6–16 with Autistic Spectrum Condition and associated learning needs.

The school requires an enthusiastic and capable Teaching Assistant as soon as possible to support learners full–time, Monday to Friday, 8.30am 3.30pm.

This is a temporary position although could span long–term for the right candidate.

What we re looking for:

A recognised qualification in Teaching and Learning or Childcare or experience working with children in a formal setting e.g school, residential, sports coaching. An interest in supporting children with additional needs. A resilient, pro–active nature with a positive, can–do attitude. Successful candidates must have:

An Enhanced DBS on the Update service or be willing to obtain one At least two references including most recent/current employer. Right to work in the UK. A good standard of literacy and numeracy with excellent written and verbal communication. What Hazel Tree Education can offer you:
