SEN Teaching Assistant - Ealing

We're looking for a compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant to join a supportive primary school in Ealing. If you enjoy helping children with additional needs reach their potential, this role is for you!

What the role involves:

Supporting pupils with special educational needs, 1:1 or in small groups and Phonics.

Assisting with learning activities and classroom management

Encouraging confidence, independence, and positive behaviour

Working closely with teachers and support staff to meet individual pupil needsWhat we're looking for:

Experience working with children with SEN

Patience, empathy, and a positive approach

Strong communication and teamwork skills
