Pay: £95-£110 per day

A welcoming secondary school in Hackney is looking to appoint a Graduate Maths Intervention Assistant to help raise attainment in Mathematics. This role is perfect for a Maths graduate with aspirations of becoming a teacher or tutor.

Responsibilities:

* Deliver targeted Maths interventions to small groups and individuals

* Support classroom teaching and reinforce key learning objectives

* Help students develop problem-solving skills and exam preparation strategies

* Work with teachers to identify gaps in learning and provide tailored support

* Track and record student progress

Requirements:

* Maths-related degree (or strong mathematical background)

* Passionate about supporting young people to succeed in Maths

* Patient, clear communicator with excellent subject knowledge

* Previous tutoring or mentoring experience is desirable
