Geography Teacher – Secondary School – Lewisham – September Start

Location: Lewisham, South East London

Contract Type: Full–time, Fixed Term

Start Date: September 2025

Duration: 1 Academic Year

Salary: Competitive – Dependent on experience ( 180– 220 per day)

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a dedicated and passionate Geography Teacher to join a welcoming and high–achieving secondary school in Lewisham this September. This is a full–time role to cover the 2025/26 academic year, with the potential for extension.

About the Role:

Teaching Geography to KS3 and KS4 students (KS5 experience desirable but not essential)

Full teaching responsibilities, including planning, marking, and assessment

Working closely with a supportive Humanities department

Delivering engaging and inclusive lessons that inspire student curiosity about the world

About You:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent

Experience teaching Geography in a UK secondary school setting
