Deliver pre-planned lessons and cover classes when required. Work alongside teachers and support staff to provide high-quality learning experiences. Support pupils with their academic, social and emotional development. Manage classroom behaviour confidently and effectively. Adapt to different school environments and routines. Contribute positively to the wider school community.What We're Looking For - We're keen to hear from HLTAs who: Have relevant HLTA experience or equivalent classroom experience. Are confident leading lessons and managing a classroom. Have excellent communication and organisational skills. Are adaptable, reliable and enthusiastic. Can build positive relationships with pupils and staff. Have a genuine commitment to supporting children's learning and development.What We Offer - Up to GBP140 per day, depending on experience and role. Flexible work to suit your availability.
