The role involves:

working with the Early Years Teaching team to support Early Years children in their academic, social and emotional development.supporting the teacher with whole class, small group and one–to–one teaching.being a calm, caring and patient person who is dedicated to helping young children learn, grow and flourish.implementing the school policies both in class and across the school where as appropriate.

The successful candidate will:

be an experienced Early Years Teaching Assistant who has excellent communication skills and is able to work closely and effectively with children, their parents and carers and the Early Years team.be passionate about teaching and learning and believe in developing the true potential of all children.be able to multi–task, help plan and deliver stimulating and interesting activities and be confident in playing with children and reading stories aloud.
