Level 3 EYFS Practitioner - Permanent, Full-Time

Location: Newham, East London

Salary: £1,900 - £2,400 per month

Start Date: Immediate / September

Contract: Permanent | Full-time

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Level 3 qualified EYFS Practitioner to join a welcoming and inclusive primary school or early years setting in Newham on a permanent, full-time basis.

Working as part of the Early Years team, you will support children in the Early Years Foundation Stage, helping them develop socially, emotionally and academically through engaging, play-based learning.

Key Responsibilities

Support the delivery of high-quality EYFS learning and activities

Work closely with the class teacher and Early Years team

Support children's development across the EYFS framework

Plan and deliver engaging play-based activities

Provide support to individual children and small groups

Observe, assess and record children's progress

Encourage positive behaviour and independence

Build strong relationships with children, parents and staff

Help maintain a safe, stimulating and inclusive learning environment

Requirements

Essential:

Level 3 qualification in Early Years / Childcare

Experience working with children in an EYFS setting

Good understanding of the EYFS framework

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

A patient, caring and enthusiastic approach

Genuine passion for supporting children's learning and development

Desirable:

Previous experience working as an EYFS Practitioner

Experience supporting children with SEN

Paediatric First Aid

Safeguarding training

Experience working within a primary school or nursery setting
