English Teacher Long Term Temporary Role

Daily Rate: GBP150 GBP230 (depending on experience)

Interaction Education are currently working with a secondary school in Havering to recruit an English Teacher for a long–term temporary position starting in September 2026.

This role would suit both experienced teachers and ECTs looking for a consistent placement within a supportive English department.

The role will involve:

Teaching English across Key Stages 3 and 4Planning, preparing and marking in line with the national curriculumSupporting students to achieve strong academic outcomesWorking as part of an established and collaborative departmentFull–time, long–term commitment To be considered, you will need:

QTS or equivalent teaching qualificationExperience teaching English in UK secondary schoolsGood classroom management and behaviour management skillsA current DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one What we offer:
