A leading, Outstanding mixed school in Harrow is seeking a dynamic, part–time temporary English Teacher to join their thriving English department for an immediate start. This is a brilliant opportunity to cultivate a deep love for reading and writing in students and contribute to a school recognised for its high achievements.

What you'll be doing:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with a specialism in English Language and Literature. Proven experience teaching English effectively at Key Stages 3, 4, and ideally 5. A deep and current understanding of the English curriculum, excellent analytical skills, and a commitment to innovative teaching methods. Strong communication skills, effective classroom management, and a genuine ability to inspire a love of English. Why join this school? This Outstanding school offers a competitive salary and excellent professional development opportunities. Become part of a high–achieving and collaborative English department with state–of–the–art resources. Work in a school with a strong reputation for academic excellence and a supportive, vibrant community in the heart of Harrow. Contribute to a culture that champions student success and communication skills.
