Location: Kettering

Start Date: ASAP or September start available

Contract Type: Full–time, long–term (with potential to become permanent)

About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for an English graduate looking to gain valuable classroom experience or begin their teaching career. You will work closely with experienced teachers, support students across Key Stages 3 and 4, deliver engaging lessons, and contribute to the wider English department.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver and support high–quality English lessons

Assist with planning, marking, and classroom management

Provide targeted intervention and small–group support

Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment

Inspire students to develop strong literacy and communication skills

What We're Looking For

A degree in English or a related subject

A passion for education and supporting young people

Strong communication and organisational skills

A proactive and positive attitude

Previous school experience is valued but not essential
