Electrical Installation Lecturer / Trainer
40 – 50+ per hour inside IR35
Full Academic Year
On Site Epsom – commutable Slough, Working, Bracknell, Crawly, Croyden and surrounding areas
Are you an experienced Electrical Installation Lecturer, Trainer or Assessor looking for your next immediately available contract role, working in a renowned FE College on a rolling contract?
Do you have experience working within further education, apprenticeships, or technical training, or are you an experienced Electrical Installation professional looking to showcase your skillset and pass on your knowledge to the next generation of engineers?
You'll support apprentices and learners working towards their qualifications by delivering high–quality teaching, carrying out workplace assessments, providing coaching and mentoring, and helping learners achieve their full potential.
This role would suit someone with previous Training or Lecturing experience who is looking for a position within a well–established college.
The Role:
Deliver engaging teaching and practical training in the Electrical Installation sectorAssess and support apprentices working towards NVQ and apprenticeship standardsCoach, mentor, and provide constructive feedback to learners 36 – 46 – 2 Month Rolling ContractThe Person:
NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Electrical InstallationCurrent or previous industry experience working in Electrical Installation or similar industriesTeaching qualificationExperience delivering training, lecturing, or assessing apprentices is advantageousAble to obtain an Enhanced DBS checkReference Number: BBBH (phone number removed)
