Assist with personal care and mobility where required, maintaining dignity and promoting independence.

Build strong, trusting relationships with pupils, helping them to feel safe, valued, and confident.

Supervise and engage students during learning activities, break times, and transitions throughout the day.

Contribute to assessment and progress monitoring by observing and recording student engagement and achievements.

What We’re Looking For:

Experience working with children or young people with special educational needs in a school, care, or community setting.

A nurturing, calm, and flexible approach to support.

Excellent teamwork and communication skills.

A passion for inclusion and helping young people thrive.
