Location: Wellington, Somerset
Start Date: ASAP
Contract Type: Ongoing, Temporary-to-Permanent potential
Hours: Full-Time, Monday to Friday
Shifts: Covering 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Salary: Competitive hourly rate (dependent on experience)
Are you a passionate and qualified Early Years professional looking for a rewarding role in a fantastic school environment?
We are urgently seeking a dedicated Level 3 Early Years Practitioner to join a friendly, energetic school team in Wellington, Somerset. This is an ongoing position starting ASAP, offering consistent full-time hours within a supportive educational setting.
What You’ll Be Doing:

Delivering high-quality, play-based learning activities in line with the EYFS framework.
*
Creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment where young children can flourish.
*
Observing, tracking, and supporting children’s developmental milestones.
*
Working collaboratively with class teachers, team members, and parents to support individual child needs.
*
Ensuring the highest standards of safeguarding and hygiene are maintained at all times.
What We Are Looking For:

Qualification: Must hold a full and relevant Level 3 qualification in Early Years / Childcare (e.g., CACHE Level 3, NVQ Level 3). Please note: This is a mandatory requirement.
*
Experience: Prior experience working within a school nursery, pre-school, or day nursery setting.
*
Knowledge: A solid understanding of the EYFS framework and safeguarding procedures. xjnqpsq

Attributes: Reliability, high energy, excellent communication skills, and a genuine passion for early years education.

Availability: Ready to start ASAP and able to commit to the 8am – 5pm Monday to Friday shift pattern
