Are you a dedicated and qualified Early Years Practitioner with an NVQ Level 3 qualification? We are recruiting on behalf of a well–established and welcoming 3–form entry Primary School and Children's Centre that is committed to delivering a high–quality and nurturing early years environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Support children's development across the EYFS framework.Create engaging, age–appropriate learning activities.Foster a safe and inclusive environment for all children.Observe and record children's progress to inform planning.Support pupils with additional learning needs, including those with SEN or EALThe Ideal Candidate Will Have:

Level 3 qualification in Early Year Education (or equivalent) – this isPrevious experience in an Early Years setting.Strong knowledge of the EYFS frameworkEnhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)Passionate, reliable, and nurturing approachWhy Tempest Education?
