Tempest Education are working with a number of Primary Schools in Liverpool who are looking for Daily Cover Supervisors.

The schools are the heartbeat of the community and are all a minimum OFSTED graded GOOD.

The Schools are looking to recruit the Cover Supervisors ASAP with the roles on–going through out the academic year.

As a Supply Cover Supervisor, you will work closely with teachers and staff to provide personalised support for students ensuring they receive the assistance they need to thrive in their education. Your responsibilities will include:

Assisting in the implementation of personalised learning plans for SEN studentsSupport children working at a level below expectedDaily supply across a number of schoolsPlanning already completePhonics supportHelping create a nurturing, positive, and inclusive learning environmentSupporting classroom activities and adapting resources to meet student's needsEncouraging social, emotional, and academic developmentCollaborating with teachers, SEN coordinators, and other professionals to deliver targeted interventionsThis role is perfect for people looking for a flexible working balance.

Requirements:

Experience working with children, especially those with SEN, is highly desirablePatience, compassion, and a positive approach to supporting children's learningExcellent communication and teamwork skillsExperience Teaching or leading a classroom in the UKA genuine passion for working in education and helping children succeedAn enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply for one)Minimum 6 months experience within a School environmentHow to Apply:
