This is a dream role for a mainstream–trained teacher with a flair for creativity and a genuine interest in special education. Whether you're an Early Career Teacher (ECT) or stepping up from a few years of classroom experience (up to MPS4), this role offers the chance to think outside the box, break the mould, and teach in a school where no two days are the same.

About the Role

Lead a small KS2 class of 8 pupils, all following a personalised version of the national curriculum.Design and deliver lessons that are imaginative, hands–on, and rich in sensory and visual learning.Enjoy the freedom to be playful, bold and holistic in your approach – whether through art, drama, music, outdoor learning or storytelling.Work in a team that values creative risk–taking, collaborative thinking, and child–led exploration.Full–time position with excellent support from experienced TAs and in–house therapists.About the School
