Cover Supervisors

Description

Are you an enthusiastic individual with a passion for education? Tradewind Recruitment are seeking cover supervisors to support range of secondary schools in the Canterbury area to play a vital role in nurturing the next generation. Full time and part time positions available with a daily rate of between GBP100 and GBP120 a day depending on experience.

The Role:

Supervise classes in the absence of the class teacherDeliver pre-prepared lesson plans effectively across various subjects and year groupsFoster a positive and inclusive learning environmentManage classroom behaviour and uphold school policiesProvide support and guidance to students as needed Requirements:

Strong communication skillsAbility to adapt quickly to varying classroom environmentsPrevious experience within a classroom setting is desirable but not essentialHold or be willing to apply for an Enhanced DBS Disclosure, Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable) and professional reference checksCV must cover the last 10 years of employment history where possibleLegal right to work in the UK If you're ready to embark on a rewarding journey in education and make a difference in the lives of students, we would love to speak to you!
