The Opportunity

As a Cover Supervisor, you will support secondary schools across Frome by supervising classes during teacher absences. You will follow provided lesson plans, maintain good behaviour and ensure pupils remain engaged with their learning.

Your Responsibilities

Supervise classes across a range of secondary subjectsFollow lesson plans and instructions provided by the schoolMaintain positive behaviour and classroom managementSupport pupils with their learning and developmentEnsure a safe, calm and productive classroom environmentWork across different secondary schools on a flexible basis
