Role Overview:

As a Cover Supervisor, you will play a key role in maintaining a productive learning environment by:

Supervising classes in the absence of the regular teacher.

Delivering pre-set lesson materials and ensuring students remain on task.

Managing classroom behaviour in line with school policies.

Supporting students with their learning where necessary.

Requirements:

A strong understanding of classroom management.

Experience working with young people, either in a school setting or similar role.

Excellent communication and organisational skills.

A positive and proactive approach to education.

A valid enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply for one).
