Service Technician / MOT Tester

Up to £35,000 Basic!

Whether you want full-time hours or part-time flexibility, this dynamic, busy workshop adapts to you. Join a professional team where your expertise is celebrated, your hard work rewarded, and every day offers fresh challenges and real opportunities to grow.

What’s on the table:

* Up to £35,000 basic (full-time) or £16ph (part-time)

* £7/hour bonus on labour hours billed over 45 per week

* 1.5x pay for alternate Saturday mornings (8am–1pm)

* Christmas off every year

* 22 days holiday + bank hols

* 30-minute lunch + flexible coffee breaks

* Well-equipped, well-run workshop with a consistent workload

Options to suit your life:

Full-Time

* Mon–Fri: 8am–5:30pm

* 1-in-2 Saturdays: 8am–1pm (1.5x Overtime Rate)

Part-Time

* 3 days/week (your choice of days, and flexible)

* 8am–5:30pm

* £16/hour

You’ll need:

* Level 3 qualification (or close to it)

* Experience in servicing, repairs, and diagnostics

* MOT licence preferred — but not essential

* A solid work ethic and professional approach
