GCSE Core Subjects Tutor

Your Next Tutoring Opportunity

We're looking for GCSE Core Subjects Tutors to support children and young people across Wiltshire through high–quality 1:1 tuition.

Working on behalf of Local Authorities, you'll help students who require alternative educational provision, providing personalised support in English, Maths, and Science. Many learners have experienced barriers to education and benefit from a tutor who can adapt lessons to their individual needs, rebuild confidence, and encourage positive progress.

This flexible role is ideal for education professionals who enjoy working closely with students and making a direct impact on their educational journey.

Requirements

Minimum 6 months' experience in an educational setting, including tutoring, teaching, teaching assistant, mentoring, learning support, or similar rolesStrong knowledge of one or more GCSE core subjectsAbility to deliver engaging and personalised learning sessionsExperience supporting students with SEND, EHCPs, or additional needs is desirableExcellent communication and organisational skillsPatient, adaptable, and proactive approachEnhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain oneDriver preferred; alternatively, willingness to travel within your local area
