The Role – Complex Needs Teaching Assistant
We are looking for a compassionate and experienced Complex Needs Teaching Assistant to join a specialist SEN school in Westminster on a full-time, long-term basis starting in September.
In this role, you will be working closely with pupils with PMLD, ASD, and complex medical or physical needs, providing 1:1 and small group support. You will assist with learning activities, communication, personal care, and behaviour support as part of a multidisciplinary team. Experience using communication tools such as Makaton or PECS, as well as supporting students with sensory needs, is essential.
