Location: Barnsley

Hours: Monday – Friday, 7:00am – 4:00pm

Salary: £24,000 – £28,000 (DOE) + up to 20% Commission

Masterclass Education is looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Candidate Consultant to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in supporting education professionals and schools—without any sales targets.

What You’ll Be Doing:

As a Candidate Consultant, your role will focus on candidate management and support. Your responsibilities will include:

Sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for educational roles

Managing candidate compliance and documentation in line with safeguarding regulations

*

Building and maintaining strong relationships with teaching and support staff

*

Coordinating daily bookings and long-term placements

*

Providing excellent aftercare and support to candidates

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong administrative and organisational ability

*

A proactive and professional approach to work

*

Previous experience in recruitment, education, or customer service (desirable but not essential)

*

Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team

What We Offer:

Competitive basic salary of £24,000 – £28,000 (depending on experience)
