Salary: £20,516 rising to £20,947 per year (full time equivalent 25,304 - £25,835)

What You’ll Do

• Support students through bursary and funding applications

• Help remove financial barriers that could impact college success

• Provide accurate advice with empathy, confidentiality and care

• Keep records organised and ensure funding processes run smoothly

What You’ll Bring

* Literacy and Numeracy at Level 2 or above (GCSE A-C/9-4)

* Strong administration or customer-focused experience

* Great communication skills and a supportive approach

* Ability to stay organised and handle sensitive information
