Hays are in partnership with a Mainstream Secondary School that are looking for a confident and committed Behaviour Support Mentor to join their dynamic school in Leicester this September. If you're passionate about helping young people overcome barriers to learning, this is your chance to make a real impact.

The Role:

Full–time, term–time onlySupport students with behavioural, emotional, and social needsWork 1:1 and in small groups to promote positive behaviourCollaborate with teaching and pastoral teamsWhat You'll Need:

Experience working with challenging behaviour (school, youth work, or similar)Strong communication and de–escalation skillsResilience, empathy, and a proactive mindsetDBS on the update service (or willingness to apply)
