A specialist SEMH (Social, Emotional, and Mental Health) school in Reading is seeking a proactive and emotionally intelligent Behaviour Mentor to support students aged 5 to 18 with Autism, ADHD, and complex behavioural needs.

This is a rewarding full–time role where you will work closely with teachers, pastoral leads, and therapists to support pupils in managing their behaviour, building emotional regulation skills, and re–engaging in education.

You will work with pupils 1:1 and in small groups, and support teachers in delivering lessons and interventions tailored to students' emotional needs.

This Behaviour Mentor role offers a unique opportunity to gain experience in behavioural intervention, with training and mentoring provided by experienced SEN and SEMH professionals.
