Key Responsibilities:

Developing and delivering comprehensive training programmes for the Airbus H135

Instructing trainees on the T3H or P3H engine maintenance and operations

Ensuring trainees grasp core competencies and safety protocols

Evaluating trainee performance and providing constructive feedback

Strong experience in B1.3 maintenance
