Description
An inclusive secondary school in Hounslow is looking for a committed and personable Attendance Officer to support their student services team. This Attendance Officer role in Hounslow is perfect for a graduate with a background in education, youth work, or administration who wants to support young people's wellbeing.
Key Responsibilities:
Track student attendance and highlight trends to senior leaders
Follow up on absences and liaise with families regularly
Work alongside the safeguarding and pastoral teams
Input and manage data using the school's MIS system
Assist with early interventions and behaviour support where neededRequirements:
Strong organisational and data-handling skills
Confident communicating with families and professionals
Previous admin or school experience (desirable)
