Description
We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Bartender to join our team. You’ll be responsible for providing exceptional service, preparing drinks to a high standard, and contributing to a vibrant and welcoming atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, wine, beer, and spirits.
Deliver outstanding customer service and create a friendly, welcoming environment for guests.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, including stock rotation, glassware, and equipment.
Follow opening, closing, and daily operational procedures.
Maintain knowledge of current drink menus, promotions, and new offerings.
Upsell drinks and recommend menu items to enhance the customer experience.
Handle transactions accurately using the till system.
Ensure compliance with health & safety, hygiene, and licensing regulations.
Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth and efficient service.
Requirements
Previous experience as a bartender in a London bar, pub, or restaurant.
Knowledge of classic cocktails.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
A passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Personal Licence or relevant bar training certificates (desirable but not essential).
