Full–time, 40 hours per week (Monday Friday)

Morgan Jones is recruiting on behalf of a well–regarded childcare provider seeking an experienced Assistant Nursery Manager to support day–to–day operations and help drive high standards across the setting.

Key responsibilities

Support the Nursery Manager with daily operations Lead and motivate staff to deliver outstanding care and education Ensure compliance with EYFS and regulatory standards Build strong relationships with parents and carers Assist with staff supervision, appraisals and training plans Monitor safeguarding, health and safety, and welfare standards Contribute to planning and continuous improvement initiatives

About you

Experience in a senior nursery practitioner or deputy role Relevant childcare qualification (Level 3 or above) Strong understanding of EYFS framework Confident leadership and communication skills Passionate about early years development and care

A current and valid ENHANCED DBS is required for this role.
