The Role

We are seeking a calm, organised, and supportive Assistant Exams Manager to join our College site from October/November 2025.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and coordinate GCSE, BTEC, and other examination timetablesOversee invigilation processes, recruit and train invigilatorsEnsure compliance with JCQ regulations and school policiesOrganise reasonable adjustments and access arrangementsLiaise with exam boards, universities, and teaching staffManage secure storage and distribution of exam papers and resultsProduce seating plans, room allocations, and exam resourcesSupport with exam entries, results days, and enquiries/remark requests Benefits

You will be a highly organised professional with excellent attention to detail and strong interpersonal skills. Previous experience supporting or managing examinations in an educational setting is highly desirable. About you:
