We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join a welcoming primary setting in the Rochester area. This is a rewarding opportunity to provide 1:2 support within a Year 1 classroom, helping pupils to thrive both academically and socially.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide individualised support to two pupils in Year 1, adapting learning activities to suit their needs.
*
Work closely with the class teacher and SEN team to implement tailored strategies.
*
Encourage positive learning behaviours and promote pupil independence.
*
Support the development of social and emotional skills.
*
Contribute to a safe, nurturing, and inclusive learning environment.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
*
Previous experience supporting children in an educational setting (EYFS/KS1 experience desirable).
*
A patient, caring, and proactive approach to supporting young learners.
*
Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
*
Flexibility, resilience, and a genuine passion for helping children achieve their potential.
