The Ideal Candidate

Previous experience supporting pupils with SEN and complex needs.

Confident managing challenging behaviour in a calm and professional manner.

Team Teach, MAPA, or restraint training is highly desirable.

Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Patient, resilient, and committed to supporting children to achieve their potential.
