I’ve recently become a wheelchair user so I was worried about how taxis would work with needing to get the wheelchair in the boot, needing to be dropped off somewhere accessible and potentially needing assistance getting in and out of the car. All I can say is that Sid was the most caring, compassionate, empathetic, considerate and helpful driver I could have asked for. He gave me space and dignity but knew when it was right to ask if any assistance was needed. Nothing was too much, he immediately offered to help my husband put the wheelchair in the boot and throughout our journey was very polite and we had some great chats and laughs. I cannot recommend Sid enough. Thank you for making my first experiences of getting a taxi as a wheelchair user, so easy and calm.
