Superb, excelent and efficient job done on our beautiful patio. My wife is partially disabled and I have a serious health condition. After having the patio laid initially, it was awefull. R&D came over and the job was done to an exceptionally high standard. All the spoil was removed and the site cleared. Can't thank you enough for your work and support. Brilliant dialogue every day, I would give you a 5 out of 5 star rating and would recommend anyone who wants work done to get in touch with R&D. If anyone wants to look at the work we've had done, they are more than welcime to pop over to have a look.

Highly recommend R&D. They renovated a garden for me, taking it from a messy square of soil to an impressive landscaped seating and planting area. Punctual and highly polite team. Cost was per agreed and lots of great communication from Emilia, their project coordinator.

R&D Property & Build did a wonderful job on the balcony. Hekri the technician was punctual, friendly and did a great job. He was even able to assist our neighbour with cleaning some of the residue. Emilia was also great with communication at all times. I would recommend their service!
