Description
The business is well established and operates with a strong management structure, allowing it to run efficiently without the owner needing to be present every day. The day-to-day operations are handled by the existing team, with staff schedules, cleaning schedules, responsibilities and procedures already organised and in place.
My involvement is mainly limited to checking on the business every two to three days, dealing with any small matters that may arise and managing stock and stock ordering. The staff take care of the daily running of the shop, including preparation, cleaning, customer service and general operations. This makes the business a good opportunity for someone looking to take over an established operation that already has systems and staff in place, rather than having to build everything from scratch.
