YO Spa has a great environment — clean, tidy, and very relaxing. It’s quiet and peaceful, which makes the whole experience even better. The massage therapist was very professional with excellent technique. I really enjoyed the massage and would definitely come back again.👍👍👍

Yo Spa Massgen is very clean and well-maintained, which immediately makes you feel comfortable and relaxed. The environment is calm and cozy, and the therapists are highly professional with excellent techniques. The whole experience felt very relaxing and trustworthy. Definitely a place I would recommend and visit again.

Wow! If you want a massage in London, this is the place. I live near so I booked a last minute massage. Bo was my masseuse and she was brilliant! It was a deep tissue massage and that is exactly what it was. Genuinely one of the best massages I’ve ever gotten. Also the parlor is clean and staff are very friendly.

Bo was very kind when me and my sister came for a massage yesterday, she showcased great customer service skills and gave us a very relaxing and thorough massage, I felt really good after and less tensed up, I would highly recommend this spa, will definitely be coming again with my sister , hopefully to have Bo again with her magic hands 🫶🏾🫶🏾🥰

Not happy at all. I had booked my appointment via Fresha. I got to Yo Spa at 5:50pm and my appointment was at 6pm. I waited for over 20 minutes, trying to call both their numbers and had no response. Event ly a lady came after I rang 5 times and said I had been double booked. She was not apologetic and just wanted to send me away. Extremely unhappy with this and will definitely not be back.
