I’m Steven, a fully qualified Level 5 Sports Massage Therapist trained in Swedish Massage, Hot Stone Therapy, and Indian Head Massage. My professional journey began in the world of dance, where I trained in ballet and contemporary dance at the Central School of Ballet. This background laid the foundation for a deep understanding of movement, posture, and the physical demands placed on the body.

I later completed a Master’s in Physiotherapy, developing extensive knowledge of anatomy, rehabilitation, and functional movement. Over the years, I’ve drawn from my experience in dance, physiotherapy, and bodywork to create a unique and intuitive approach to massage.

My sessions combine the relaxing qualities of Swedish techniques, the precision of deep tissue work, and the fluidity of mindful, holistic touch. Each treatment is tailored to support relaxation, release physical tension, and restore balance within the body.

My pricing reflects the depth of my experience, level of training, and the demand for my work. Sessions are offered at £60 for 60 minutes and £70 for 90 minutes.

My work is rooted in an awareness of how the body moves, responds, and holds stress. By blending skilled hands-on techniques with a calm, present approach, I aim to support both physical ease and a deeper sense of connection within the body, helping clients return to a natural state of flow and wellbeing
