Post 2003, the previous owner stated he looked after it himself, with mostly annual oil & filter changes and general maintenance depending on mileage. He didn't keep a record, but the bike has arrived with clean engine oil and runs nicely.

We performed a brief road test before purchase, and can confirm at that point, the bike performed as it should. The clutch is a little stiff and would probably benefit from a new cable.

A tidy bike. A bit peppered with stone chips and a few age related marks relative to mileage, though nothing significant. No major rust or weather corrosion. No signs of the bike ever being on its side. The front mudguard has a 7cm crack where it most likely collided with a forgotten disc lock. The crack is central and shouldn't cause a problem.

Recent looking Pirelli Rosso tyres and chain/sprockets with high quality Made in Japan Gold chain.

Supplied with all original documentation, owners pack, service/handbook, service receipts and both keys. Also we have the pillion seat, original exhaust, rear sprocket and a Haynes maintenance manual.

It was in regular use at the time of part exchange, though buyers must be aware this will not be fully inspected by our workshop. Any purchaser must satisfy themselves as to its roadworthiness before use.

Formerly Honda and Yamaha franchised dealers, In July of 2025, we closed DMC motorcycles, returning to our previous premises, also in King Street under it's former name of Dudley Motorcycle Centre. We are in the early stages of renovation, continuing to trade in used motorcycles.
