Suzuki B king 2009 Very good condition Low Miles (poss delivery)

This is a very reluctant sale
I only recently bought the B king (second one as I regretted selling first one I owned)
I had every intention of keeping this for good as I had looked for a couple of years to find a nice low mileage example and this is it.
The guy I bought it from owned it for 11 years and has looked after it and given it whatever it needed.
Unfortunately things happen and the B king has to go.
motd , advisory for front brake pads now replaced and rear tyre???
Measured it and it has 2.75mm

Has very good main dealer service history.
Last serviced last year but done next to no miles since then

Valve clearance check done at 14000 miles.
Recall for rectifier done.

It is in very good condition, standard apart from scorpion exhausts which give a nice sound without being offensive.
R +G crash bungs, A Puig screen.

A brand new never used pillion seat.
Original and complete toolkit.
Also has complete original exhaust.with rear light and indicators.
Genuine seller very reluctant sale of a now getting difficult to find bike.
Front and rear paddock stands included in sale.
