If you are looking at buying or renting a property that is managed by this company, PULL OUT NOW. They are an absolute nightmare to deal with. Farcical handling of finances with a complete lack of transparency and honesty. Every single time they promise to have something done by a certain date, they completely miss it and just ignore any attempts to resolve. Rude and sarcastic responses if you dare to try to call them out on their failings. The list goes on; 18 months of them managing our block of flats and our situation has just gotten worse and worse over time with nothing to show for all of the money spent on them. They do not care about the amount of stress and anger that they have caused the people who live here, we have wasted days of our time trying to deal with them. It’s clear from the other reviews online that they behave in the same way for all of their properties. They should do the honourable thing, accept that this isn’t the business for them and cease trading. However, I have no doubt that they’ll somehow keep ticking along, impacting many people’s lives and mental health in the process. That's assuming that they're just really incompetent, obviously they may actually be behaving this way deliberately...
