I am Lucy Taylor a personal trainer with years of experience in helping clients to lose weight and achieve their fitness goals.

I aim to make exercise as fun and enjoyable as possible, and always start you at a pace and intensity that is suitable for you.
I tailor every session to you and your needs. I also keep every session varied and different so that you never get bored of repeating the same exercises week after week.

As a personal trainer, I have taken qualifications in order to specialise even further into how to train women in each stage of their lives, with a large part of this involving how to exercise through the peri-menopause and menopause.

I do personal training sessions either;

• At your own home, so I travel to you and bring with me all the necessary equipment.
Prices for this type of training start from £35 per session.

• At my TM Fitness Gym based in Chapelknowe, Canonbie. Here you have access to all my equipment in my dedicated outdoor gym area, which is covered from the elements so that you can train no matter what the weather.
Prices for this type of training start from £30 per session.

• 0nline 1 to 1 personal training. Here your PT sessions are carried out over video calling to allow for a virtual face to face training session. No equipment is needed for these types of sessions, but any equipment you do have can be incorporated into them.
