Description

AJP Structures is a Structural and Civil Engineering consultancy with a passion for high end residential and commercial structural design. Our overall approach is totally client focused and we seek to develop and maintain healthy relationships through the duration of each and every project. We like to work closely with architects to deliver projects that excite and inspire.

We specialise in extensions, loft conversions, refurbishment works and new build structures. We also offer basement impact assessments, structural condition surveys, subsidence analysis and advice, advice on build ability, and construction method statements.

We are based in London and cover all regions of London and the South East.

Our director Andy Pocock is an Ambassador for the Institution of Civil Engineers promoting enthusiasm for Civil Engineering within schools.

I hired AJP for some stuctual temporary works and advise on a recent extension project after a bad experience with a different structual engineer and builder. It was clear Andy was extremely experienced and knowledgebale in this field as well as general building best practices. He was able to help me defuse my difficult situation and guide me through the process of managing a poor contractor. The structual drawings and service he provdided were very high quallity as well as his comercial outlook and ability to offer candid advise when required. I would be very pleased to work with AJP and Andy again in future.

We brought Andy in to a kitchen extension project we were working on and whilst I found him very professional, it was his ability to help us understand the process, and highlight additional considerations and support that we found most useful - helping put it all in a way that is easy to understand. Top bloke. Definitely would recommend.
