Vintage B&O Bang and Olufsen Beogram 1200 turntable,Beomaster 1000, Beovox X40 Speakers

Awesome collection of vintage HiFi from Bang and Olufsen in excellent condition for age.
Was recovered from loft storage after many years being tucked away.
BEOGRAM 1200 turntable- 1972, new belt fitted, automatic functions working fine. Stylus lifts and drops where it should for the record size selected and at end of track lifts and stops platter. There’s a lovely, period sound from the SP14 stylus. Some very light swirl marks on the dust cover and a few small scuffs on the deck itself but see the pictures and video to see just how good it looks. So gorgeous that the Museum of modern art put it in their exhibit. Speed selector works at both speed settings but have only tested and adjusted for albums as per video sound test. Even has the mint original wiring diagram inside in an envelope. The spring loaded cover in the centre of the platter is sticky to remove, looks like a tight spot. 
BEOMASTER 1000- Again, it’s in very nice vintage condition. Has been tested with the turntable and the tuner and is working nicely. Buttons all functional, rumble and needle talk filters working, AFC and needle tuning work, as are the volume, bass, treble and balance. Has a hard to find FM connector, there’s no rabbit ears aerial with it but still tunes in stations. 
BEOVOX X40 speakers- Woofers refoamed, the speaker cables have been cut in the past and joined but the speakers sound spot on. The cabinets and fronts are in great condition as per the pics and video. All clips working.
This really is a cracking piece of audio history. You won’t get many chances to get a full vintage B&O system that looks as good as this with a working original cartridge and stylus.
I do have another ad for an old stock unused SP14 if you want to future proof as I believe they are pretty rare now.
Having been in storage and unused for so long I’d recommend a service for the turntable for another 50 years service and get it to tip top condition.
