Owned from new, with light use and in mint condition and perfect working order.

Quad 66 Remote Control Panel - operates all the Quad 66 Series separates

AC supply leads, the original Quad gold signal leads, transit screws for the CD player, instruction booklets

Quad 66 preamplifier:
7 inputs – Disc, CD, Radio, AV, Aux 1, Aux 2, Tape (with off-tape monitoring)
A second tape recorder may be connected to the Aux 2 input.
The Disc section is fitted with a 3 mV moving magnet disc module, as originally supplied.
Other disc modules are available with different input impedances and sensitivities for moving magnet and moving coil cartridges.

Quad 66 FM tuner:
Self-search tuning – up to 19 stations can be stored in stereo or mono.
Fully remote controlled via the Quad 66 Remote Control Panel.

Quad 66 CD player:
Features the Philips TDA1541A-S1 (Single Crown) 16-bit D/A converters, 4x oversampling with digital filters, and the Philips CDM-4 CD laser mechanism.
It has analogue (RCA) and digital (coaxial) outputs.
Operated either by the Quad 66 Remote Control Panel or its own remote control unit.

Quad 66 Remote Control Panel:
Tilt – tilts the audio frequency response about a central point.
Bass Step – removes unwanted LF resonances without rolling off the extreme lower bass frequencies.
Filter – removes HF distortion, mainly tracing distortion from records, without affecting musical information.
Stand-By facility enables the preamplifier and connected separates,to be switched on/off remotely.
