Selling a complete, high-quality home functional gym setup. Everything is second-hand but in great, clean condition and perfect for anyone looking to build a full workout space at home.
What’s included:
Squat Rack / Half Rack: Includes an integrated pull-up bar and cable pulley system.
Barbell: Full size 20kg Olympic barbell with collar clamps.
Adjustable Weight Bench: Multi-position incline/decline bench.
Plates Bundle: 147.5kg total. 4 x 10kg rubber bumper plates, plus a full set (2x of each) of 1.25kg, 2.5kg, 5kg, 10kg, 15kg, and 20kg steel plates (you can load the steel plates alongside the bumpers so you can still safely drop the barbell).
Functional Fitness Gear: Wooden 3-in-1 plyo box and a multi-handle 30kg training sandbag (just add or remove sand to change weight)
Accessories: Gymnastic rings with adjustable straps and a lateral bar and tricep rope cable attachment.
