I'm a CPD accredited and TEDx speaker, podcaster and author, and drawing on the latest global research, my own lived experience and the voices of the many people I interview on my podcast, I serve diverse organisations, including: National Highways, HSBC, Counter Terrorism Policing, NFU Mutual, The Crown Estate, University of Liverpool, Specsavers etc
