Thank you so much for your time today, Andy. The Emotional Intelligence session you delivered was indeed very insightful and engaging. The impactful topics that were discussed today will definitely have a positive influence on our teams’ leadership, communication, and collaboration skills. Andy led a thought provoking, challenging and engaging session in support of our company values. From our first discovery call to watching Andy in action, it was fantastic to see all the planning, briefings, and behind-the-scenes work come to life on the day for our Degree Apprentices. Bringing together the vision for his session and seeing how powerfully it landed with the audience was such a highlight. In our feedback review, delegates have specifically commented on Andy's Disney Strategy, his map exercise, and the statistics he shared around the percentage of managers and leaders who actually have formal training. Our learners really valued the interactive elements of his session but beyond the content, delegates repeatedly described him as being down-to-earth in his delivery style. This approach created an incredibly engaging and open learning environment for all. Thank you so much for all of your hard work. We'll absolutely be in touch for future Summits.
