Working with Alison and her team was seamless. Alison is full of energy and just ‘gets it’ around business elements. We focused on performance culture and bringing our people in to a growth mindset and Alison immediately understood what we were trying to achieve and the content of her presentation was customised to fit. She also went the additional mile in terms of refining the proposal and kindly doing a run through of the presentation in advance and was open to working collaboratively with us to make sure it truly fit our needs.
