My name is Peter Woollaston and I have been teaching Spanish for 9 years, after completing a degree in Spanish in 2015.

More recently, I also completed a Masters in Spanish Linguistics in 2019.

Between my two studies I lived in Argentina for 1 year which helped me become fluent in Spanish, and solidified my passion for learning and teaching languages.

I now teach Spanish at Bristol University, which I enjoy very much.

I used to teach Spanish in a private school (The Acorn School) where I was Head of Spanish, which included teaching all age groups as well as creating all syllabuses, lesson plans, materials and exams for both Lower School and Upper School. After 2 years as Head of Spanish I did a bit of work as a translator, and now I teach two Spanish courses at Bristol University.

I would love to help you pass an exam or reach fluency in the beautiful language of Spanish.

Since Covid I have become very adept at teaching online (being able to have online whiteboards and shared screens with sound to show videos and presentations).
So I am offering Skype or Zoom lessons (something I am now very experienced in) to help people develop their Spanish from the comfort of their own home.

I can also still do in-person lessons if you live close (I'm in Horfield).
